Explaining The 5G Guarantee
The 5G Guarantee states the following:
“If you post 90 videos following the methods in the course and don't make any money, I'll Buy Your YouTube Channel and Its Videos
Back From You For $5,000”
This guarantee does not guarantee the success of any individual’s YouTube channel. The success of a YouTube channel varies on multiple factors that include but is not limited to the creation of high quality videos, posting videos on your YouTube channel regularly, consistently monitoring the analytics and metrics of your YouTube channel and individual videos, and maintaining active ad monetization status on your YouTube channel.
“Any money” means any amount above $0.01 USD in ad revenue from Youtube Ads.
"Channels" refers to the YouTube channel the individual is posting videos on and it must be monetized.
"Methods" means achieving over 10% higher CTR and over 30% average viewer duration across your channel while following the trilogy of creating an original script, original voiceover, and original video edit.
Old videos already posted onto the channel prior to the date YSS was purchased does not count towards the 90 video count limit.
YouTube Channel and Video Buyout:
If applicable under this guarantee and an amount greater than $0.01 USD is not made after 90 videos have been posted on a YouTube channel while following the "Methods" and systems stated in the YouTube Success System course, The YouTube Success System will purchase said channel and the videos posted in the channel at an amount no greater than $5000 USD.
Upon buyout and transfer of a YouTube Channel and Videos, you agree to grant ownership and login access to the YouTube Channel and the videos posted within the channel to The YouTube Success System or it’s partners. Upon receiving YouTube channel ownership and videos, the payment for the videos will be sent via payment method agreed by The YouTube Success System and the YouTube Channel owner.
The transfer of ownership will be final.
Disclaimers Of Other Warranties
Except where otherwise inapplicable or prohibited by law:
You expressly agree that the use of, or inability to use, the website is at your sole risk. As used in this Agreement, “Force Majeure Event” shall mean: any act of God, act of nature or the elements, terrorism, insurrection, revolution or civil strife, piracy, civil war or hostile action, labor strikes, acts of public enemies, federal or state laws, rules and regulations of any governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the premises, inability to procure material, equipment, or necessary labor in the open market, acute and unusual labor, material, or equipment shortages, or any other causes beyond the control of The YouTube Success System. Delays due to any of the above causes shall not be deemed to be a breach of or failure to perform under this Agreement. The YouTube Success System shall not be required against its will to adjust any labor or other similar dispute except in accordance with applicable law.
Prohibited Use Of Site:
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website in any unlawful manner or a manner harmful to The YouTube Success System or YouTube Success System course. You further agree not to commit any harmful or unlawful act or attempt to commit any harmful or unlawful act on or through the Website including, but not limited to, refraining from:
1. Harmful Acts. Any communication sent, posted, or authorized by you, including without limitation postings on any website operated by you, or social media or blog, which are: sexually explicit, obscene, vulgar, or pornographic; offensive profane, hateful, threatening, harmful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, or discriminatory; graphically violent; solicitous of unlawful behavior; or that violates the intellectual property rights of another.

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website.
